we got a call from a resident at the triple r' park near 2nd and candelaria. we started asking questions right away .. jorge torres is live at the park to tell us what he found out. tom, nicole, new management sent a notice to the people who live here limiting the number of dogs they can have. that's some pretty tough news. but by the end of the day, there was some positive news for people like louis ordonez. nat "big ol mutt" louis ordonez, along with his four dogs, have lived in the vbogbandogstease triple "r" mobile home park for the past four years with no problems ...until now. cox and associates, the new management of the mobile homes, is no allowing only two pets per residence, but more specifically "they went after pitbulls, dobermans, chows, and rotweillers". that means the only dog that ornonez owns that could stay would be molly, the miniature schnauzer. that means capone, jasmine, and spot, would have to go. "it's not my fault different management took over and and now they're trying to force us to get rid of our animals that prior management had signed and was okay with." i looked over the documents that louis provided and under old management, he just had to pay a five dollar fee for each pet, but now he can't house the pets that have lived there. sbogbaninterview vbogbantease "and they say it's per city ordinance, and the city says it's not true." i checked the pet's city ordinance on the city of albuquerque website and it says : No Person shall own more than six Companion Animals, no more than four of which are dogs." vbogbandogssig if it came down to choosing between his dogs and his home .. louis ordonez says it's no choice at all. vbogbandogs "no. No way possible. None of em. I'd rather leave than have to get rid of my dogs. now to that good news. the timing may be coincidence but after we made some calls the management company cox and associates called me late today and told me current tenants who have these dogs will not have to move out. they will be grandfathered in. the dog limit will apply to new residents. reporting live at 2nd and candelaria, jorge torres kob ewn 4
